RemoteView is a service provided by Rsupport that enables remote computer control from any location with an active internet connection. To begin, follow these steps: (1) Install an agent on the computer you wish to access remotely; (2) Install the RemoteView App on your smartphone or tablet. You are now ready to use resource-intensive applications that typically necessitate a full-fledged computer, all from the convenience of your mobile device with RemoteView.

Agent Installation Process:

 <li>Go to rview.com on the computer for remote access.</li>
 <li>Click the Sign-Up button and complete the application form.</li>
 <li>Finalize your sign-up process by responding to a confirmation email.</li>
 <li>Login to your account at rview.com.</li>
 <li>While at the target computer, click the Agent Installation button.</
 <li>Follow the download prompts to complete the installation in less than 10 minutes.</

Remote Control from a smart device:

 <li>Visit the Android Marketplace and download the RemoteView App.</
 <li>Login to your account using your ID and PW.</
 <li>Select the remote computer for control.</
 <li>Initiate the session using the assigned credentials.</
